well its sandy beach where locals take their kids and grandkids to play in the lake. They walk from home everyday when its hot here in the summer. Humidity gets to the best of us and swimming even as adults is cool and refreshing. We take our own coolers with ice, snacks, and drinks. We don't know who might show up and its fun when family and friends do. The more the merrier. We can bring a grill to grill fresh fish, hotdogs etc. 4 or 5 hours maybe even more relaxes the kids and us too.and a store is there for refreshments from alcohol, cigarettes, candy, sodas, and back in the day they rented us inner tubes, and other things. you can dock your boat, bring your favorite floaties and even jet ski. its a refreshing place with bathroom and lots of fun.
